ID Rescue Ghana operates within the digital identity services sector, specifically targeting the niche of identity document recovery and replacement. The core product is a fully online platform (mobile application and web-based that streamlines lost ID requests for essential government-issued documents such as Ghana Cards, Passports, and Driver’s licenses.

The platform key value propositions include eliminating physical visits to police stations, reducing delays, enhancing security through digitally signed police extracts, and providing instant notifications to applicants. With speed in accessing government services on our platforms, we provide convenience, and reduce bureaucratic friction.

We strive to empower both citizens and foreigners who use Ghanaian Identity system and institutions through digital inclusion.

• The platform is designed to:
• Provide 100% mobile-enabled access to first leg legal document required for official replacement of lost or stolen Identity documents.
  Facilitate instant payments, verification, and approval of Digital Police Extract via Metropolitan, Municipal, andDistrictPoliceauthorities.
• Deliver 24-hour services for time-sensitive users, while reducing foot traffic at police stations.
• Help formalize the identity recovery process for over 2 million Ghanaians annually, including citizens in hard-to-reach communities.
  It aligns directly with Ghana’s Digital Transformation Agenda, enhances police service, revenue, reduces fraud and government expenditure, and supports the current government’s flagship digital public services strategy.

This Project is a partnership between FasterCapital Dubai, UAE (FasterCapital is a global venture builder and online incubator dedicated to co-funding and co-founding innovative startups established in 2014) and Starweb Real-Time Resources Ltd, Ghana (a mobile app and web-based platform to generate police extract request for re-issuance of lost identity cards such as the Ghana Card, the Ghanaian Passport and Driver’s License.

We are partnering Government of Ghana to generate accountable revenue and reduce expenditure. We have built Partnership with Hubtel and AirtelTigo through Payment Integration Gateway (Mobile Money) and other financial institutions like SGSS Bank (visa card /mastercard) to ensure that Government maximizes Revenue generation on our platform, retaining 70% annually for development.
